Coaching is normally done by telephone.
Other alternatives are Skype or if we are nearby,
 we can arrange to meet face to face.
The text, charts, diagrams etc which we use
in the session are sent to you by e-mail

Coaching is very different from advising.
Rather than me giving you advice,
I usually coach you to find out
 the information you need for yourself.
That way, you gain new abilities
in stead of becoming dependant on me

To give you the freedom and ability
 to get the outstanding results
that you want from coaching,
